Hi Im a freelancer one day I put in an enquiry for a zameen project their representative contact me and after one year of convincing i ended up investing in a project way more than I could afford. I told them that what if things go south and they said theyd only need 15 days to give me my money. After paying only 10% downpayment things werent looking good and within 10 days I informed them I wanted to cancel. Now its been 15 days and they say they wont return the money. If you cancel all of your money will be gone. I have paid 28 lacs. And now as I have started research most of the things they told me were lies. Is there a way that I can recover my money as my future as dependent on that money? Any helpguidance would be greatly appreciates.
