This is nightmare for overseas pakistani people. i purchased plot through zameen in lahore which got disputed with the previous owner. i am fighting since 4 years with the previous owner while zameen people cheated me and told me lie that plot is clear for all disputes. they got complete amount from me deducted their handsome commission and delivered remaining amount to the previous owner. later when i verified the documents those documents were fake. i filed case against that person and paying lawyer fees since 4 years. The main culprit is zameen they made forms that they get signed by the buyer and vanish after getting the commission. do not every buy from zameen or you will face the consequences. My hard earned money was snatched by zameen.
