Kindly approve my post. My Khala has shared information regarding a fraud happened to her recently. She wants to report and ask for possible action she can take. Being an overseas Pakistani she bought a house for her from a real estate company named bin Shokat real estate registered with SECP. The broker named Shahid Ali who was the prime scammer took the amount in his personal account and then shared the documents of transfers including challan e-Stamp and other important agreements. For two years he provided misinformation and fake details for renting out the property to a new tenant on his own. After asking him to sell the property he refused to sell and pay the money claiming bluntly that “I have never bought the property and I have used the money for my own personal debt. I will return it after I get settled.” Shahid is using fake people to make false claims and have been trying to get more money from my client. Can someone guide on how to verify and investigate this property case by any concerned authority? Can we involve FIA or police into this matter? Attached are the pictures of all the supporting documents. Suggest a possible actions she can take to get her money back or possibly get this criminal behind the bars.
